David Ridland, Co-founding Partner and Fund Manager
David’s investment career began during the Asian crisis in 1997 as a member of the Japanese equity team at Ignis AM. The team collected the Micropal award in 2000 for best risk adjusted returns having been wary of the TMT bubble.
In 2002 he moved to the UK Equity team at Ignis where he managed segregated and institutional mandates during which time he developed his investment database. In September 2008 he joined Barclays in order to incorporate his approach to large segregated and charity portfolios and establish his own track record. David co-founded Castlebay Investment Partners in April 2013.


Ken Wotton, Managing Director, Public Equity
Ken is Managing Director, Public Equity, and leads the investment team managing public equity investments. He is lead manager for LF Gresham House UK Micro Cap Fund, LF Gresham House UK Multi Cap Income Fund, Strategic Equity Capital plc and manages AIM listed portfolios on behalf of the Baronsmead VCTs.
Ken graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford, before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. He was an equity research analyst with Commerzbank and then Evolution Securities prior to spending the past 12 years as a Fund Manager at Livingbridge and now Gresham House specialising in smaller companies.


Graham Campbell, CEO and Co-Manager
Graham Campbell is both CEO and co-manager of the Global Income & Growth fund, having joined from Edinburgh Partners where he was one of the founding partners. Prior to this he was Head of Retail Funds at SWIP. Before SWIP, Graham spent ten years with Edinburgh Fund Managers, where he was also a Director.
Previously, he worked for National Mutual and General Accident after beginning his career with Campbell Neill (stockbrokers) in 1982. Graham has been a significant investor in the TB Saracen Global Income & Growth Fund since launch and has managed the fund since inception.
